Shipping Policy
Shipping Timeframe
Zahm strives to meet the 3-5 business day shipping timeframe; however, we cannot make any guarantee nor accept liability for extended shipping timeframes due to circumstances outside of the company’s control (e.g., weather conditions, delays due to contingencies with the carrier, etc.).
Shipping Address
Zahm will only accept orders with shipping addresses that indicate a physical address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Confirmation
Upon arrival of your order, a signature will be required to confirm receipt of the shipment. We require that the customer will be available at the delivery address.
